Processing and Production Time Before Shipping: Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and production of your order before it is shipped.

Tracking Number: You will receive your tracking number immediately after processing and production are completed. It typically takes about 1-3 days for the tracking number to appear on the tracking page.

We are fortunate to have strong partnerships with our partners in China, significantly helping us maintain operations as effectively as possible during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. Since February 2020, we've worked diligently to adapt to global shipping challenges, making adjustments wherever possible to ensure your orders are delivered as quickly as possible.

Shipping Duration: All products require between 5 and 12 business days from the shipping date. Shipping is free and handled by Australia Post, Royal Mail, DHL and similar courier services.
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, pandemic-related delays beyond our control may occasionally occur:

Various regions might temporarily experience lockdowns or operational disruptions (including our own in China), causing packages to be held by the carrier in the shipping country for additional time (worst-case scenario: 2-5 extra business days beyond normal processing times).

Lockdowns might temporarily suspend the delivery of essential production materials for your products (worst-case scenario: 2-5 extra business days beyond normal processing times).

We in China might also be affected by renewed business restrictions due to lockdowns, personnel reductions, or temporary total closures (exact prediction is not possible).

2. After Shipping

Various regions might temporarily experience lockdowns or business interruptions, causing packages already shipped to be held temporarily by the local delivery company (worst-case scenario: 2-5 extra business days beyond normal shipping times).

Due to significantly increased online order volumes and reduced staffing, customs and import stations (where applicable import duties may be payable) might be busier than usual, extending the processing time of your import (worst-case scenario: 2-5 extra business days beyond normal shipping times).

Lockdowns might restrict doorstep delivery due to infection risk. In these cases, packages may increasingly be delivered to local parcel stations, awaiting pickup or the lifting of restrictions (exact prediction is not possible).

Airline freight space and route availability will gradually return to pre-pandemic levels (worst-case scenario: 2-5 extra business days beyond normal shipping times).
