Cancellation and Exchange
1.1 Once an order has been placed via our website, you may cancel or change your order by sending us an email.
1.2 Once an order has been packaged, it can no longer be canceled or changed. Instead, the order must be returned to us according to Section 2 below. Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be extended transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods, then return them to us. You can inform us of your withdrawal in advance. To guarantee the quickest possible return, please provide us with shipping confirmation. An early refund is possible no sooner than 16 weeks after the order date if the goods have not arrived.
1.3 As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are triggered immediately upon submission. Unfortunately, interrupting the shipping process after dispatch is not possible, so refunds before receiving goods are only possible within 24 hours after placing the order.
Returns and Refunds
2.1 Our return policy is part of these Terms and Conditions under which you access and use our website.
2.2 If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can email us to notify us about the product you wish to return and subsequently return the product to us. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.
2.3 Return shipping and related costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2.4 The product must be received by us for the customer to be eligible for a refund. We will inspect the returned product upon arrival.
2.5 Ensure the product is returned in the same condition as received and properly packaged. The product must be unused, labels intact, and in the original packaging. If returned in an unsuitable or damaged condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
2.6 Our processing time for returns depends on your order.
2.7 Once satisfied with the returned product’s condition, we will send an approval email. The refund will be issued shortly thereafter via the original payment method used for the order. No restocking fee applies.
2.8 The withdrawal is complete once the physical goods are received by us.
2.9 As our goods are shipped from Asia, extended transit times may occur. If goods are already en route, withdrawal is not possible. Please wait until receipt, then return the goods. You can notify us of your withdrawal in advance. To expedite processing, please send us shipping confirmation. An early refund is possible no sooner than 16 weeks after the order date if goods are not received.
